Is Weathercloud free?
Yes. Weathercloud is free and open to anyone. We also offer paid plans for users who require advanced features. -
Is there a free trial period?
Yes. We offer a free 30-day trial period so you can try all the features included in the paid plan of your interest. -
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the end of your trial period, when regular billing begins. You can avoid any charges by cancelling before your trial ends. Paid plans are billed as an annual subscription that will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it.

How will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed by Stripe. Stripe is a payments platform used by companies such as Twitter, Uber and Shopify. We do not handle nor store your credit card information. -
Can I upgrade my current plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan or add additional devices to your current paid plan at any time. -
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription to a paid plan at any time and no additional charges will be made after the expiration date of your current subscription.
